David Paciello brings a unique blend of technology, business, and real estate experience to his work with clients in Los Angeles. His career began in the technology sector, where he worked as an analyst and sales consultant for a Fortune 500 company. In that role, he developed a strong foundation in data analysis, strategic thinking, and client advisory—skills that continue to shape how he approaches real estate today. After earning his MBA, David transitioned into the real estate industry, where he spent the past decade building a successful career as a top-producing agent and broker/owner of a multi-office brokerage in New York. During that time, he led hundreds of transactions each year and built a company focused on practical use of technology, transparent service, and strong client relationships. David has also been active in the professional real estate community, serving two terms as President the local Association of REALTORS. In that role, he worked with fellow professionals to support industry standards, encourage professional development, and strengthen collaboration within the local real estate community. Today, David focuses his business in Los Angeles, bringing the experience of running a brokerage and managing high-volume transactions to one of the country’s most competitive and dynamic markets. His background in analytics and consulting allows him to guide clients with clear market insight, thoughtful pricing strategies, and a practical approach to navigating complex real estate transactions. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Los Angeles area and is known for his straightforward communication and client-focused approach. Outside of real estate, David enjoys taking advantage of everything Southern California has to offer. He spends much of his free time surfing, exploring different parts of the region, and riding his motorcycle along the coast. He also values time with his family and can often be found spending time with his sons or out with his Australian Shepherd, Tom.
