As Director - Development, David manage ground-up development projects, coordinating internal and external teams to execute projects from inception through construction. David brings more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis and building design. Prior to joining Forum, David consulted on a number of projects including two mixed-use developments in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood and helped launch Primary Development, a boutique Boston-based firm focused on mixed-use and residential infill projects.
David holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from University of California San Diego and a Master’s in Architecture with Distinctions in Global Housing Issues, Architectural History, and Materials Research from Harvard Graduate School of Design. He enjoys skiing, swimming, architecture, and spending time with family.
