Bio
David Potter is an established REALTOR® who joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2022. Being Omaha born and raised, he has loved watching the city of Omaha grow into a vibrant, exciting city. Prior to transitioning full-time into real estate David and his wife, Kelly, flipped and renovated a number of homes together. This passion for real estate, combined with the joy he finds in helping others succeed, led him to pursue real estate full time in 2017. With over 250 closed contracts in his first five years, David is one of Omaha’s most productive agents.
David joined PJ Morgan Real Estate due to the broad range of services they provide, which he can in turn provide to his clients. The brokerage’s motto, “With you for life”, encompasses David’s personal vision as he works to be an advocate, resource and connector for his clients.
David is a true midtown-er at heart growing up in Benson and spending time living in Aksarben & Elmwood Park. He loves the diversity of our city and all the unique cultures that make up our neighborhoods. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Vocal Music Performance and plays multiple instruments!
On top of real estate, David’s family and hobbies keep him quite busy. He and Kelly have two children, Ivy and Will, and a dog, Opal. They enjoy trying all types of global cuisine and spending time in the various neighborhoods and parks around Omaha. Most recently David has become a pickleball enthusiast. His goal is to get the entire PJMRE family hooked on Pickleball!
