Over the last 25 years, David Price has specialized primarily in the sale of multifamily residential sites and investment properties on the Westside of Vancouver.
As the Founder and Chair of the Arbutus Industrial Area Land Owners Group (AIALOG), considerable effort resulted in achieving the primary goal of fully protecting property use and enhancing value for property owners in the area rezoning for the New Arbutus Neighbourhood.
