Bio
David Rattiner is the Vice President of Digital Marketing and Technology at Saunders & Associates. He is local to The Hamptons, having been born and raised in East Hampton. He began his journey with the company in August 2014 as an IT specialist and has since made significant contributions to the firm's marketing strategies and real estate technology infrastructure. David graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Finance where he rowed Division I Crew. Upon graduation he returned to The Hamptons to work as the Managing Editor of the Montauk Pioneer newspaper and became interested in technology when local media began needing experts to get their content on the Internet.
Today he is widely recognized as the agent's "technology and social media guru" at Saunders. As a manager, David leads a team of online marketers and IT specialists, keeping Saunders ahead of the curve. David advises his colleagues on effectively leveraging digital tools to enhance their real estate businesses. His local insight and sharp business acumen enables him to identify lucrative real estate opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies using e-mail, social media and online advertising. Notably, he has led highly successful campaigns that have elevated the firm's visibility in the competitive Hamptons market and he works relentlessly to ensure that Saunders, its real estate agents and real estate listings are the most visible agents in The Hamptons on the Internet.
David is also committed to community engagement, often participating or promoting local initiatives that support families and the unique offerings of the Hamptons. At Saunders, he is a lead host on their weekly Podcast, "Happening in The Hamptons" where he interviews prominent local leaders in the real estate industry. Outside of work, he enjoys going to boxing classes at Gotham Boxing in Bridgehampton or Hill Street Boxing in Southampton as well as playing golf. He also enjoys creating short reviews of local restaurants in The Hamptons area on his personal social media. David, along with his wife, 2 daughters, and dog, enjoys life in Southampton and is passionate about fostering a vibrant community for local families.
