David has worked in the Industrial & Logistics market since 2005 and latterly was Head of CBRE Scotland Industrial Agency Department following spells at Montagu Evans, James Barr and DM Hall. At CBRE David provided development and letting advice to developers, including Muse, Muir, Clowes and British Land, and to investors including, Blackstone, ASI, Mileway, Exeter, CEG and Frasers.
David also advised a multitude of corporate occupiers on their property strategy, including Amazon, NHS, DXC Technology, Mitsubishi, Scottish Power, Hovis, Balfour Beatty, Edgen Murray and LumiraDX.
David joined the West Ranga Developments business in July 2021 to focus on land and property acquisitions for speculative and pre-let developments across all sectors.
