Bio
David Rhoades is a Certified Turnaround Professional, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Forensic Consultant. State and Federal courts recognize him as an expert in the operation and viability of companies, in the area of corporate governance, alter ego and corporate veil issues, and in the viability of bankruptcy and business plans. Rhoades has served the Courts as trustee, examiner, special master, special administrator and receiver.
Rhoades provides guidance in interim crisis management, corporate governance and general management consulting to local and regional firms. He has been actively involved in the assessment of, and counsel to, Native American tribes and their operations.
Rhoades, published author of academic white papers, has been a guest lecturer for many professional association seminars, colleges and universities. He is the Secretary of the Turnaround Management Association Oklahoma Chapter.
A native Oklahoman, Rhoades brings extensive experience in all areas of business management and fraud examination to businesses ranging in size up to $10 million.
