David is a native North Carolinian who grew up in Murphy, where he has deep-rooted ties to the community. His family lives in the area, and he raised his own children here, which gives him a strong connection to the region. David enjoys spending his time riding horses, farming, and working on remodeling projects. As a real estate professional since 1993, he has extensive knowledge of the market not only in Murphy but also in surrounding areas of Western North Carolina, Northeast Georgia, and Southeast Tennessee.
