Bio
As Executive Vice President of RAMC, David is responsible for the company’s Leasing, Acquisition, and Development activities. Since joining RAMC in 1985, he’s been involved with every facet of the firm, working closely with institutional, corporate, and private clients and investors. In this capacity, he has completed thousands of retail leases, developed millions of feet of shopping center space, and acquired dozens of shopping centers. David is a general partner, managing member, and an investor in many properties.
David is on the Executive Board of the The Florence and Robert A. Rosen Family Foundation. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. He is married, has five children, and is an avid skier and golfer.
