David specializes in major industrial transactions in the Northeast Dallas/Garland/Richardson sub-market advising clients on all real estate occupancy matters, including strategic facility planning, extensive market research analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, construction management and relocation coordination.
David is committed to building and maintaining relationships by providing the best products and services in the industry focusing on his clients' overall business and real estate objectives. His strengths are his attention to details and his skills and training in contract negotiations.
Prior to joining Thomson Realty Group, David was an Associate in the Dallas office of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell. David works with Clients that include JJW Logistics, Shabang, Whyco, Progressive Insurance, United Rentals, Heubach, & MBT International. David's technical sales career was well-established in the manufacturing industry building strong client relationships ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including Proctor & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Georgia Pacific and Glad. He brings an extensive background in mechanical design, electrical systems, hoist systems, HVAC and workflow analysis expertise to his industrial users.
A graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a proud member of the Corp of Cadets, David earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife, Jana, reside in Lake Highlands with their two young children.
