David Saghian is a leading commercial real estate agent specializing in multifamily, retail, and land investment sales throughout Los Angeles. Since launching his brokerage career in 2021, David has closed more than $300 million in transactions. He advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties ranging from smaller multifamily investments to large apartment buildings, prominent retail assets, and development sites.
David represents both private and institutional clients and maintains strong relationships with many of the most active investors, developers, and property owners in the Los Angeles market. By pairing detail-oriented financial modeling and underwriting with a nuanced understanding of local market conditions, he provides clients with valuable guidance throughout every stage of a transaction. His primary areas of expertise include Beverly Grove, Mid-City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Encino, and the surrounding areas.
Among David’s notable transactions are Holmby Hall, the historic Westwood Village landmark featuring Amazon and Pret A Manger, and a 49-unit apartment building in Encino. In addition to multifamily and retail investment sales, David has extensive experience with land transactions and regularly advises clients on zoning, entitlements, development potential, and highest-and-best-use strategies. By leveraging an extensive database of investors, third-party listing platforms, and a broad broker network, he identifies and secures both on-market and off-market opportunities for his clients.
David graduated from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and began his career at Deloitte, where he developed a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis. He later worked at Park Lane, an investment bank specializing in professional sports and entertainment transactions. This financial background gives David a distinct perspective when underwriting, positioning, and negotiating sophisticated real estate transactions.
