David Scarpinato focuses on leasing and sales of industrial, office and R&D properties along the I-880 Corridor. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Scarpinato was a managing director at Newmark Cornish & Carey in Hayward from 2008-2017. He was a perennial top 5 producer and the 2009 company wide rookie of the year. In 2016, David was the third highest producer in the office.
From 1998-2007 Mr. Scarpinato worked as a financier of investment and owner-user properties with Wells Fargo and later GE Commercial Finance. Consistently performing within the top 5% of his peer group, he developed the skills needed to help his clients assess the financial aspects of deals, including their ability to be financed by banks or other financial institutions. Mr. Scarpinato’s financial modeling experience and ability to advise clients on all aspects of the financial and real estate markets make him an ideal choice for buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.
