David has over 40 years experience in the commercial property market. David has held senior roles at Connell Wilson, Lambert Smith Hampton (Head of Office), the original Drake Commercial and Bidwells, before setting up his own development companies. Following a spell with Lambert Smith Hampton, David joined the reformed Drake & Partners in 2015.
David acts on a range of General Consultancy work but his primary focus includes Investment, Development, Lease Advisory and Valuation work. He is a Chartered Surveyor (Fellow) and a Registered Valuer. David is also a member of the Industrial Agents Society.
