David Stollenwerk joined Institutional Property Advisors Nashville office from Northmarq. David spent many years as VP of Acquisitions for a build-to-suit developer, where he gained experience underwriting development opportunities and performing extensive market feasibility analysis. David transitioned into Multifamily Investment Sales and successfully brokered over $200 million in Multifamily transactions in the first 4 years. Mr. Stollenwerk leads a highly focused multifamily asset disposition team that offers the ability to accurately underwrite existing assets that deliver clients comprehensive evaluations through extensive knowledge of various markets, cash flow analysis and IRR analysis. Covering Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville, AL, Mr. Stollenwerk is committed to helping his clients create and preserve wealth by providing them with unmatched real estate investment sales, finance, research and advisory services.
