In David Wildes' previous role as the President of Rosewood’s National Sales Division. He started working at Rosewood in October of 2021 and quickly established himself as a leader, and one of its top performing brokers. In his first full year (2022) David closed six deals, in three different states (all new territories for the company) totaling over $150M. In the first quarter of 2023, David closed four more deals totaling $90M before being named President of the National team. To date in 2023, David’s total sales volume has already eclipsed $400M.
Some of David’s most notable transactions include the Willow Creek Apartments in Jonesboro AR ($55,000,000), the Stonecrest Apartments in New Albany IN ($33,000,000) the Woodridge Apartments in Fairfield OH ($32,250,000) and the Ritzen Portfolio in Little Rock ($23,000,000).
David and his wife reside on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He is an avid sports fan and is likely to celebrate closings with his clients at a New York sporting event.
