David joined the Mercer company in 2016 where he first started as an intern working closely with a number of brokers on many special projects. David then earned a spot as a Market Director in the Addison, Farmers Branch, Carrollton submarkets. David tracks every owner and user of industrial space within those submarkets. This allows him to provide his clients with the most up-to-date market information in order to help negotiate the best deal for their company.
As an intern David spent his tenure assisting brokers on a number of special deals and has since graduated and made a number of key deal closures. He has worked all over the DFW area on these deals and has a good grasp of the entire DFW market but his expertise is in his submarket.
