Dave Willis has over three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Joining Savills in 2017, Dave has completed transactions in 32 states, 4 provinces and 49 major cities – all across North America. As both an office and industrial broker, Dave can manage a portfolio or transaction for just about any company in any industry. His abilities to do so span across a wide range including market research, financial forecasting, workplace strategy, operational logistics, project and transactional management and, to seal an optimal deal, lease negotiation.
Though Dave works out of the firm’s Orange County office with complete insight of the local markets in Southern California, Dave’s market knowledge extends across North America. Prior to joining Savills, Dave was the Founding Principal of Cresa Orange County. Before that, Dave served as the president of the Corporate Real Estate Advisors and was also the principal in charge of corporate real estate consulting at Arthur Andersen.

Dave is a board member at both the CHOC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Intervention Center for Early Childhood. He is also a recipient of several ‘Broker of the Year’ awards and the ‘Charley’ award, the most prestigious fundraising award given by CHOC.
