Davin joins us from Imperial Investments & Development and brings over 22+ years of commercial, residential, and land development experience to our brokerage. He was the Vice President at Imperial Investments and also worked in Residential Sales at Coldwell Banker Professional Group in San Jose and Commercial Sales at Commercial Real Estate of America, Inc.
His passion is real estate development and he will play a key role in helping Elite Realty Services expand this division. He’s especially known for building and selling commercial construction projects all over San Jose and the South Bay. He’s worked extensively with builders such as Barry Swenson and completed projects including, but not limited to: The Globe Shopping Mall in Fremont, the Pearl Shopping Center/Condos in San Jose, Maxey Residential Track Homes in San Jose, the 88s Condos on Tully, the Argus Commercial Center in Sunnyvale, Stockton Shopping Center in Stockton, Dragon Plaza Shopping Center in San Jose, and most notably, the Shopping and Condo mega project at Vietnam Town in San Jose.
