Dawn Briggs, Broker, for Blue Magnolia Realty, joined Barbara Vance in 2013. For 13 years prior, Dawn worked in the area’s largest real estate law firm, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate litigation as one of the firm’s senior paralegals. Her vast knowledge of the legal system and contracts stemming from dealing with all facets of real estate transactions makes her a vital player in the real estate market. Dawn also brings to the team experience and qualifications in home staging and designs, just another service our team offers our clients. Dawn is a native Floridian, having lived and raised her 2 sons in Windermere for over 25 years. She is an avid local tennis player.
