Dawn Chartoff serves as Director at Helmsley Spear, LLC., and brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. Ms. Chartoff’s primary focus is representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of commercial properties.
Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Ms. Chartoff worked at Brown Harris Stevens’ Commercial division for several years. Before that, she worked directly with Brett Zelner at the Lansco Corporation, bringing customers in via phone, conferences, internet research and social media postings.
Ms. Chartoff started off her career as a Researcher and Writer for the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs; and began her real estate career at Bernstein Real Estate.
Ms. Chartoff is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Ms. Chartoff earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Columbia University as well as a Master of Public Administration MPA at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. In addition, she has also taken courses in digital marketing at FIT and NYU.
Ms. Chartoff lives on the Upper Westside of Manhattan.
