Dawn oversees the property management and financial operations of the multi-family sites owned and managed by The Gallina Companies. She currently oversees the property supervisors of the 2600 units currently managed by the company. She is a member of the development team for the Gallina Companies' projects. Dawn has been with the Gallina Companies since 1991, and is a member of the South Central Wisconsin Apartment Association and is candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
