Dawn draws from her comprehensive real estate experience to provide excellent marketing and administrative support to her Team in the East Rutherford, New Jersey office. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dawn adds value through her knowledge and background in industrial tenant representation and landlord representation. Dawn joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 2001 as a Marketing Associate and after receiving her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2019 was promoted to Senior Brokerage Specialist. Dawn designs various materials such as proposals to sell or lease, property flyers, property postcards, building surveys, custom maps/aerials, market surveys, research reports, presentation boards, invitations and property email broadcasts. She works closely with brokers to request and respond to proposals. She assisted in the implementation of the Cushman & Wakefield brand in New Jersey and aided in the execution of the branding transition from Cassidy Turley to DTZ in 2014.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley Dawn worked for a commercial real estate valuation company in Morris County for five years.
