Dean is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the State Bar Association in California. Dean’s career has been exclusively focused on the acquisition and sale of investment properties. Dean began his career at the founding office of Marcus & Millichap, and in his first year he was recognized as one of the Top 30 Multi-Tenant Retail Professionals out of over 1,200 agents. After cutting his teeth at M&M, he was the lead member of Retail West’s San Francisco Investment Sales Team for close to a decade.
?Dean has extensive knowledge of the Northern California marketplace. He has represented leading institutions, developers, and private owners of investment properties, forming strong relationships with all levels of owners and investors.

Originally from South Africa, Dean received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University of Law. Dean has lived on six continents and has traveled through over 60 countries. He lives in the City of San Francisco with his wife, young son, and the greatest dog on the planet.
