As Senior Commercial Associate of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Mr. Fritchen has a history as one of the most active and successful commercial real estate marketing executives in Central Florida. He has been associated with this company for over 15 years based upon his respect for its marketing strength and client services advantages. Spanning approximately thirty years of full time activity in the area he has written and closed contracts and leases on almost every type of commercial real estate. Periodically he has been among the highest annually commissioned salesmen in the area, and among his peers is sometiems referred to as "Dean of commercial real estate". Mr. Fritchen most enjoys interacting with buyers and sellers, reviewing real estate and the productivity of mutually satisfactory transactions.
Prior to coming to Central Florida Mr. Fritchen had a prominent career in advertising, PR and media marketing in New York City. His last position there was Senior Vice President of Madison Square Garden. He is a native of Iowa and a former officer aboard its famous namesake battleship.
