Dean Koelbel joined Koelbel & Company in 2015, continuing the family legacy after gaining experience in the commercial real estate markets of Chicago and Denver. His prior work focused on strategic planning, lease negotiations, and real estate pro forma analysis.
At Koelbel, Dean is primarily focused on the River North (RiNo) district, where he oversees leasing for the company’s downtown office portfolio, including Catalyst and Watershed. He also plays a key role in identifying and curating new development opportunities for the firm.
Dean graduated from Indiana University with a degree in finance and a minor in business, and he earned a Business Certificate through IU’s Kelley School of Business.
