Mr. Neiman has enjoyed over 30 years of progressive real estate experience in the design, development, leasing, sales, delivery, management and renovation of commercial assets. At Coldwell Banker Commercial, Dean specializes in retail commercial sales and leasing, representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, but is also active in leasing and selling office and industrial properties.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Neiman was a Vice President of sales and leasing at Trimark Corporation where he was involved in the sales and leasing of a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. He has also worked for Keating Development, Vornado Realty Trust and the Charles E. Smith Companies.
Dean earned a B.S. in Housing Interior Design and Resource Management at Virginia Tech with a concentration in Property Management. He is currently licensed to lease and sell commercial real estate in Virginia and the District of Columbia, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for BOMA's Real Property Administrator designation.
