Deanne Johnson-Anderson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where she has been employed since June 2004. Deanne is responsible for the oversight of all human capital concerns for the company including benefits & compensation, legal compliance, training and development, labor relations and employee relations. Prior to joining Crestline, Deanne worked with Starwood Hotels overseeing the human resource efforts for the Mid-Atlantic region. Deanne holds a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and Management from Cornell University. She is certified in various Human Capital programs to include diversity, behavioral assessments and team dynamics and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
