Her career began in technology and data networking, where she quickly excelled in high-stakes sales, marketing, and business development roles across Fortune 100 companies and startups. Real estate has always been a part of Deb’s DNA. Growing up in a family immersed in the industry, she witnessed firsthand the power of real estate investment and development. Despite a successful corporate career, the pull of real estate remained strong—leading to a natural and strategic transition.

She became a managing partner in a general contracting firm, co-owned a residential development company, and worked as a real estate broker.
