As a commercial professional, I often work with owner-users who need space for their business, whether it's their first location or an expansion. I recently earned my CCIM designation, which is a coveted and rigorous commercial real estate credential.
Whether I’m working with a client looking to purchase, sell, or lease commercial properties, being a resource and building strong relationships are my goals. I can also provide resources for a 1031 Exchange. Staying connected with other commercial professionals through industry organizations and investing in continuing education provides me with better ways to do business.
In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for several non-profits and our local Southern Nevada CCIM chapter. In 2023, I was awarded Volunteer of the Year by Project 150, which helps high school students in need by providing clothes, shoes, toiletries, food, and school supplies. I was also recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Heaven Can Wait Animal Society, which has been in operation for 25 years and provides affordable spay and neuter services, microchips, and vaccines.
