Debbie Mann brings more than 15 years of sales experience and a finance background to the firm. Debbie was instrumental in bringing Wal-Mart as an anchor to Concord Plaza in Lafayette, Ind. Since joining Mann Properties in 2002, Debbie has managed leasing negotiations and land sales for the company’s of retail and industrial developments throughout Central Indiana.
A former computer industry salesperson, Debbie designed data centers with some of Indianapolis’ largest companies. Before working in sales, Debbie was an auditor in the futures industry.
Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University.
