Debbie Newell has been an essential contributor to the American Commercial Realty team for over 8 years, as a leader, organizer, and anchor. As ACRs Portfolio Operations Manager, Ms. Newell is responsible for organizing our portfolio communications to investors, owners, clients, and tenants, as well as financial reporting, office administration, and daily property management duties. Ms. Newell is also our team leader overseeing our residential portfolio. Prior to joining ACR, Ms. Newell managed and leased Class A residential properties at PGA National Realty in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Ms. Newell is highly proficient in leasing and lease administration, financial analysis, corporate communications, property management, and office organization. Ms. Newell holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
