Debbie is an Executive Vice President for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s Richmond, Virginia office. Active in all markets in Virginia, Debbie provides her clients with responsive and effective representation. She specializes in office and retail tenant representation and land sales. Her experience in commercial real estate spans more than 35 years. Debbie brings over 20 years of corporate real estate experience with public companies (Marriott Corp., Heilig Meyers, Best Products) and has been on the brokerage side with Divaris for 20 years. During this time period, Debbie has represented tenants such as Ross, Best Buy, PetSmart, Total Wine, LeClairRyan, Kohl’s, and DSW in their expansion program in Virginia. She also works with the team representing the Commonwealth of Virginia in handling their real estate needs. Services provided include transaction management, project management, brokerage, leasing, strategic planning and portfolio consulting for Virginia’s 130 million square foot portfolio of leased and owned properties. Debbie has consistently been a top producer at Divaris and most recently was named the 2018 Top Producer company wide. She is a CoStar Power Broker and was recognized by CREW Richmond as the Top 20 commercial real estate women in 2010. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
