Debi joined Boardwalk Investments Group in 2021 and brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate investment experience to the team across all asset types (multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality). She is primarily responsible for executing Boardwalk’s commercial property acquisition, and financing strategies. Debi is also involved in Boardwalk's development, asset management and risk management activities. Since joining Boardwalk, Debi has led the acquisition of over $600 million in commercial real estate holdings and has negotiated and closed $350 million in financing transactions to build the portfolio to more than $1 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Boardwalk, Debi served as Vice President at NorthMarq where she handled over 300 commercial real estate transactions totaling $6 billion in financing. Debi holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Originally from San Diego, Debi loves being involved in various philanthropic and industry organizations. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
