Debbie Southard joined CBRE in 1987 in the Philadelphia Suburban office. Debbie relocated from the Philadelphia Suburban office in 1989 to open a CBRE office in Wilmington, Delaware to establish a local presence in the Delaware marketplace.
Debbie specializes in the creation and distribution of all marketing and promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, property pages and e-blast campaigns, while promoting CBRE marketing guidelines, branding standards and initiatives. She also designs, coordinates and produces customized new business development materials, as well as client specific presentation packages. In addition, Debbie handles the day-to-day operations along with updating monthly property listings.
