Dee Maret, CCIM is a Senior Broker, advising investors and owner-users on the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of industrial flex, corporate office, and retail investment properties in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and West Central Florida.
Since 2023, Dee has closed over $40 million in commercial real estate transactions, representing private investors, owner-users, and national investment firms seeking pricing strategies and off-market intelligence. He is often engaged for 1031 exchanges, valuation guidance, market analysis, and complex commercial negotiations. He has successfully completed multiple national and regional tenant placements in vacant CVS properties around West Central Florida.
A St. Petersburg resident since 1991, Dee brings more than 20 years of hands-on commercial brokerage experience combined with a national leadership perspective. He previously served as National Commercial Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial, overseeing strategy and operations for 700+ agents across the United States.
Dee is a past President of the CCIM Florida West Coast District (2018) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognized globally for expertise in investment decision-making.
