I don’t just sell land, I grew up living it. I specialize in development land, commercial real estate, residential land, luxury ranches, luxury estates, investment properties, and strategic land acquisitions throughout Northeast Texas, East Texas, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Having participated in the successful sale of hundreds of millions of dollars in land, commercial, luxury, ranch, investment, and development real estate, I help buyers, sellers, investors, developers, corporations, business owners, and landowners identify opportunities, maximize value, and achieve their real estate objectives. Throughout my career, I have represented clients in transactions ranging from residential homesites and recreational acreage to luxury ranches, commercial investments, industrial properties, development tracts, mixed-use opportunities, multifamily development sites, and large-scale land acquisitions. My clients range from individual buyers and ranch owners to developers, investors, corporations, and institutions seeking strategic real estate opportunities. Raised on a working ranch in Northeast Texas, I developed a firsthand understanding of cattle operations, horses, exotic wildlife, farming, hunting, fishing, and land stewardship long before entering the real estate industry. That background allows me to evaluate property through a lens many brokers simply cannot, identifying value, opportunity, functionality, development potential, investment potential, and long-term usability across a wide range of property types. My background in animal science, agriculture, and veterinary medicine further enhances my understanding of ranching operations, livestock production, rural infrastructure, land management, and property improvements.
