Demi Turner is a Commercial Real Estate and Business Broker with Evermark Commercial Group | JLA Realty, specializing in industrial real estate, investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions, land, and the sale of operating businesses throughout Texas.
With more than five years of commercial real estate experience, Demi represents property owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses in complex transactions involving industrial facilities, warehouses, outside storage and yard properties, development land, income-producing assets, and owner-user properties. Her industrial practice includes advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, property positioning, market analysis, and redevelopment opportunities.
Demi has established herself as a top-producing commercial real estate professional, ranking among the Top 10 producers within a network of more than 1,400 agents. Her transaction experience includes assignments ranging from privately held businesses and commercial properties to complex, multi-million-dollar real estate and business transactions.
In addition to commercial real estate, Demi represents buyers and sellers of operating companies, including industrial, construction-related, manufacturing, service, and specialty businesses. Her experience with transactions involving real estate, equipment, operating assets, and multiple business entities gives her a unique perspective when advising industrial owners and owner-operators.
A former Division I softball player at The University of Alabama, Demi brings a competitive, disciplined, and persistent approach to business development, negotiations, and transaction execution. She is known for her hands-on approach, responsiveness, and commitment to protecting her clients' interests from initial prospecting and valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
After graduating, she moved to Colorado to work for an investment firm, then returned to her home state of Texas where she began her private company and real estate career. Demi grew up 20 minutes outside of Huntsville on 65 acres near the Sam Houston National Forest.
As the granddaughter of Greek immigrants who came to America in 1952 through Ellis Island, Demi learned that success takes hard work, resiliency, sacrifice, integrity, and grit. Along with that, having a background in athletics, her hard work and determination will accompany clients to keep the process as stress-free as possible while finding their dream property. She is passionate about working with people and finding them the right property or investment. As a people person, Demi uses her team and her own expertise to guide and protect clients whenever they need to sell or find their real estate needs.
Things she enjoys include family time, watching her brother coach at Baylor, hanging with Tank & Myko (her two Bernedoodle), traveling, working out, hunting, hiking, fashion, photography, capturing drone footage, boarding in the mountains, laying out on the beach, and of course, coffee.
