Deneise Fondren has been in the housing and sales industry since the age of 18. From her time as a building products representative to building her own house, she is extremely knowledgeable about the market quality of homes and the extensive home buying and selling process.
What makes Deneise so unique is her attention to detail, especially when it comes to examining a potential home for her clients. As an Alabama native, she cherishes fond memories of the lake and all the times well spent in the company of family, friends, and the water. 13 years ago, she decided to take the people skills acquired during her sales career and use them as a way to help others. She decided to become a real estate agent.
Selfless and determined, Deneise fiercely looks out for the success of her clients. She effortlessly balances work life — time spent with her clients — and home life with her husband Alan, two daughters, Taylor and Meagan, and her fur baby (and arguably the favorite child), Murphy the Shih-Tzu.
