Denise Hance joined SVN | Vanguard as Operations Director in March of 2018. Denise possesses extensive expertise in Operations Management and holds a PHR Certification in Human Resources. Denise is a Southern California native began her career more than 25 years ago in the field of Human Resources and later expanded into Operations Management in the Construction and Real Estate. Before joining SVN | Vanguard, Denise served as Operations Director at Main + Main, Inc., where she played a key role on the firm’s executive team. Denise was responsible for overseeing all operations including production, finance, marketing and process development.
