Denise Weinmann has been a commercial real estate broker for more than 15 years. She is versed in all facets of commercial and industrial sales and leasing. She has a proven track record of being very successful in negotiating contracts, whether with a sole proprietor or a Fortune 500 company. Her experience has gained her the trust and confidence of numerous clients and the respect of her peers. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2006.
Denise holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations, and is a member of the Accredited Land Consultants (ALC). She currently is co-chair of the SIOR’s Admission and Accreditation Recruitment Committee.
