Mr. Durkin joined Jackson Cross Partners in January of 2020 as a Broker with a concentration on tenant representation. He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in office leasing.
Prior to joining JCP, Dennis was responsible for national accounts at the Exeter Property Group. He was in charge of marketing and maintaining client relationships with major national tenants in the Exeter portfolio.
Before that, he with CB Richard Ellis following the acquisition of Insignia/ESG in 2003. Durkin has represented major clients and completed some of the region’s most significant transactions for corporations including Citizens Bank, ICT Group, DeLage Landen, Reed Elsevier, Bradford White, American Board of Internal Medicine, IMS Health, and Rohm and Haas.
A proud St. Joseph’s University’s grad, he has served on the board of trustees and received the Timothy R. Lannon, SJ Leader of the Year Award. He has served with JCP Partners, John Morrissey and Pete Davisson on the SJU Real Estate and Construction Alumni chapter (which Durkin founded). He also holds an MBA from LaSalle.
