With 45 years of experience serving Yucaipa, CA and its surrounding communities, I bring a level of local knowledge, construction expertise, and industry leadership that is unmatched in the region. As a lifelong Yucaipa resident and a third-generation real estate professional, my roots in this community run deep, and my career has been built on a commitment to its growth and integrity.
I have owned and operated my own brokerage for 25 years, guiding clients through residential, commercial, and vacant land transactions with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and long-term value. My extensive background in construction—supported by a California contractor’s license—includes building numerous homes throughout Yucaipa. This experience has given me a detailed understanding of the city’s building codes, planning requirements, and development standards, allowing me to provide clients with informed, practical guidance that goes far beyond traditional real estate knowledge.
My service to the community includes leadership roles such as Past President of the Board of Realtors, Past President of the Chamber of Commerce, former member of the Yucaipa Valley Water District Board of Directors, and a founding member of the first General Planning Committee for the City of Yucaipa. I have also chaired, served, and continue to serve on the Yucaipa Planning Commission, where I actively help shape responsible development within the city.
