Dennis Someck is an Executive Managing Director and Principal in the brokerage division of Lee & Associates’ New York office.
Mr. Someck joined Lee & Associates in 2011, and is a 40 year commercial real estate industry veteran who specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space. He has completed more than 1,400 transactions in the New York metropolitan area. Some of his most notable clients include Vitech Systems Group, The Marwood Group, Hello Fresh, Ryder Truck, Zero Point Zero Productions, Seaport Global Holdings, Updater, and CitizenM Hotels.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Someck was an executive managing director at George Comfort & Sons for 10 years, and prior to that was a Senior Vice President at Collins Tuttle & Company. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has served on its Grand Central Committee for the past 26 years.
Mr. Someck holds a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in sociology from San Diego University.
Someck received the Circle of Excellence award in 2016, 2017, and 2019, honoring him for being the highest producing office broker for Lee & Associates nationwide. His most recent honor was the CoStar Power Broker Award for Q3 2024, with two of his transactions earning recognition.
