Dennis Tapiero has over sixteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington metropolitan area. Since 1987, Mr. Tapiero has represented a myriad of technology and service-related companies in new leasing assignments and renegotiations. Some of his clients include Paradigm Solutions Corporation, Project Hope, NOVA Research Company and Columbia Services Group, Inc.
Mr. Tapiero is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable tenant advisors in the region. His areas of expertise are the analysis, structuring and negotiation of real estate transactions to satisfy the long-range objectives of the commercial space user. With knowledge and creativity, Mr. Tapiero has successfully enabled clients to satisfy their requirements through the cost containment and flexibility of their real estate facilities. Mr. Tapiero received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland with an emphasis in Marketing and Communications. He holds real estate licenses in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
