Whitson Realty was born out of a legacy of passion for the real estate industry. Our Owner and Broker in charge grew up witnessing the ins and outs of this business as his father became a licensed realtor and founded the company. The love for helping people find their dream homes led to the foundation of Whitson Realty. Dennis sold his first house before he graduated from high school and has been in the business full time for 39 years. At Whitson Realty, we believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much. Our active involvement in various community roles, such as the Vice President of the Economic Development Association, Chairman of the County Planning Board, and past President of the Local Board of Realtors, past President of the Marion Rotary Club as well as being a previous youth athletic coach in several sports reflects our commitment to the community.
