Derek is a RICS Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor within FG Burnett’s Aberdeen office with 8 years post qualification experience within the commercial real estate sector. He currently specialises in providing valuation advice to most of the leading banks, institutions and businesses within Scotland and across all the main sub-sectors.
Derek has a wide range of commercial valuation experience and along with valuations for loan security and acquisitions, specialises in valuations for accounts purposes.
