Derek was raised in Marlin, Texas and attended Tarleton State University. He came to New Braunfels in 2005 to begin construction on a local resort on the Guadalupe River, and loved it so much that he decided to call it home. He has over 20 yrs. experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction and has worked on many local and regional projects. Derek has never met a stranger, and decided to continue his love for working with people and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. His areas of focus are land and commercial properties as well as residential. With an eye for detail and extensive knowledge of the area, Derek will go to work for you to find that perfect piece of property for your next commercial development or business.
Derek lives in New Braunfels with his wife Amber and has 3 children, Lauren, Harper, and Holden. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing on the Guadalupe River with his family.
