I represent major office occupiers in central Toronto, focusing solely on the tenant’s side of the table. Early in my career, I learned that most executives don’t want to become real estate experts - they want a partner they can trust to simplify the process, uncover negotiating leverage, and protect the organization’s long-term interests. That’s the gap I’ve committed my career to filling.
I’ve built lasting relationships by taking the time to understand each client’s business, financial pressures, and ambitions. Whether it’s a renewal, relocation, renegotiation, sublease, or property sale, my approach is always the same: thoughtful analysis, clear guidance, and negotiations grounded in data, experience, and integrity.
Working alongside colleagues from Cushman & Wakefield’s 400+ global offices, I support clients with needs across Canada and internationally. I assemble and lead integrated teams, with real estate specialists and brokers across all asset classes, ensuring clients receive seamless, comprehensive support, no matter the complexity or geography.
