Derrek Ostrzyzek joined CBRE in 2024 as a member of our Institutional Capital Markets Team, specializing in multifamily transactions. Mr. Ostrzyzek’s unique investment background includes expertise in evaluating and acquiring all four major real estate asset disciplines, including retail, industrial, office and multifamily. His responsibilities include valuation, economic underwriting, marketing execution and designing transactions structures that maximize value for property owners.
Mr. Ostrzyzek has a proven track record as a leading multifamily broker, with transactions totaling over $11.7 B across 106 deals in both Northern and Southern California markets. Additionally, he served as a director with Invesco covering Southern California multi-family and focusing on the full spectrum of asset types from development to core opportunities.
