Derrick Dougherty joined Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group in 2008. Since joining the firm, he has successfully brokered the sale of a number of retail strip and single tenant properties. In 2008, Derrick has closed transactions with high net worth individuals, private equity investors, merchant developers and a retail REIT. His consultative approach is designed to build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with his clients.
Derrick obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media/Communications from Lycoming College. He has listed and sold properties in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
